Knowledge Organisers
A knowledge organiser is a go-to document for a topic work: each one identifies the key information that children need to have learned by the end of a topic. It also acts as a tool to support children in retaining and retrieving knowledge for life-long learning.
We expect children to have learned the content of their organiser by the end of each term, and we quiz children on their knowledge.
Families can support their children in this by displaying the organiser at home and asking children what they can remember.
